I founded Gumsaba Fitness in 2010 as an alternative to the gym. We all spend so much time looking at screens and computers. Working out in nature is a tremendous benefit to the mind, the body and the spirit. It’s time to get out of the box!

Gumsaba now runs outdoor fitness classes in Walnut Creek, Danville, Lafayette and Moraga and has been voted best in the east bay for 2 years running. Gumsaba also provides corporate fitness programs  including Boot Camp, TRX Suspension Training, Yoga and Self Defense.
